Microsoft Paint is Recommended.

Bring in file - ADlist.jpg
Click on upper left icon.
Click on Print.
Choose Page Setup.
Locate "Paper" (upper right)
     Size = Letter   Source = Main Tray.
Locate "Orientation" (middle right)
     Click on Portrait". Left and Top both set to 0.5 .
Locate "Scaling" Section (lower right).
     Click on "Adjust to" ser at 100%

Press "OK"

Click on upper left icon.
Click on Print.
Choose Print (and select your printer) and print.
